I'm getting married in less than 10 months and I'm having absolute panic attacks that I won't lose the weight I want in time. It makes me want to give up sometimes. This was such an inspiration! Good for you! Love seeing people achieve their goals and be the best, healthiest version of themselves.

Thanks Akdz12! Incredible feats can be achieved in 10 months! I understand all too well how anxiety/panic can play a huge factor in limiting the ability to achieve goals. Take it one day at a time and do the best you can. Good habits will form, progress will be made, the panic will be gone, and the only anxiety you'll experience is finding a last minute seamstress to "take-in" your wedding dress!

That's great congratulations your persistence paid off. I'm trying to lose 60lbs the motivation from MFP has been encouraging

Thank so much Clin71funyika! Your own goal is very achievable and there are countless fabulous success stories on MFP just like mine, and just like your story-to-be! No work required... just dedication! My very best wishes to you!

Hi! I just read your post and viewed your amazing photos. The most important thing I want to tell you is, "Thank you for sharing your story!" As you can see from the many responses, you have inspired so many people. You should feel great, not only for your successes, but the successes that others will now have because you were generous and courageous enough to share your story. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is absolutely awesome. Thanks for sharing. Totally agree with dedication and devotion part. Patience and perseverance are also great.

Hey thanks GG!!! Really,... it's my pleasure to share my story! Wow, very good point about patience and perseverance! There were several points during my weight loss when I wanted to throw in the towel and say FU€£ IT but I never. Patience and perseverance pulled me through. Totally awesome point GG!!! (and damn you lol... I thought I wrote a leak-proof story hehe)
