Starting weight (Jan 1): 158.4 lbs
Goal weight (Feb 1): 150 lbs

    01/01: 158.4 lbs
    01/08: 156.2 lbs
    01/15: 153.6 lbs
    01/22: 151.8 lbs
    01/29: 150.2 lbs
    02/01:

Loss/gain for the week: 1.6 lbs
Loss/ gain for the month so far: 8.2 lbs

Struggles/Successes for this week: 0.2 lbs from my monthly goal. My husband insisted on pizza last Saturday, and I didn't protest. I ate less of it than I normally would have so that's good I think, but still went over my calories for that day. I've been sick for a few days and missed my daily walk yesterday. I had such a nice streak going there.

    Start Weight (1st January): 315.8
Goal Weight (1st February): 300 (aggressive but I'm just starting again and have lots to lose)

    1st January: 315.8
    8th January: 307.6
    15th January: 305.2
    22nd January: 303.8
    29th January: 303.6
    1st February:

Weight lost/gained this week: -0.2 loss
Weight lost/gained this month: -12.2 loss total

Successes/struggles this week: Ate clean and within my caloric goals all week, and logged every single bit of food, sometimes even over-estimating, so I KNOW I'm doing everything I can. However, TOM. 'Nuff said. Hopefully my hard efforts will be reflected on the scale next week when the bloating/retention weight whooshes away. Still disappointing that I didn't meet my target goal for the monthly challenge, but 12.2 for the month is still a win.

    This month: 6.5

Successes/struggles this week: I met my modest goal. Along the way I got my hopes up for blasting past it and losing 10 pounds or so, but I’m reasonably satisfied with my progress. I overcame hip issues and started water aerobics. All in all, I’m happy. 193.5 has been popping up on the scale since last week, followed by fluctuations, so I think I may be less than that when the hormones settle.

progress this week: I gained, but I have a feeling it's mostly water weight!

    1st January: 204
    8th January: 200.5 (10th)
    15th January: 199.5
    22nd January: 196.5
    29th January: 195
    1st February:

Weight lost/gained this week: 1.5 lbs
Weight lost/gained this month: 9 lbs

Successes/struggles 1st week: Struggles - I had some trouble with afternoon snacking. Dang, I love crunchy, salty snacks! Successes - I stuck with my exercise routine and worked hard. I am soooooo close to "onederland" and it's super motivating to keep going.

Successes/struggles 2nd week: Struggles - I still want something crunchy in the afternoon, but I've been making better choices and watching my portion control. I've also been asking myself why I want the snack. Is it because I am hungry or is there another reason? I would like to drink more water. It's something I have always struggled with. Successes - Onederland, baby!!! I started at 280 almost a year ago so this is a major milestone for me. I have been watching my portion size (even with "healthy" food) and have been sticking hard to my exercise routine.

Successes/struggles 3rd week: Struggles - I haven't been wanting to eat my fruits and veggies like I have in the past. I haven't been feeling well and have been struggling to reach my calorie goal. Successes - I managed to exercise every day and added a small weight routine this week.

Successes/struggles 4th week: Struggles - Eating my emotions. Successes - I still come close to my daily calorie allotment when I go over and I have been doing my walking and weights without fail. I am officially just overweight instead of obese!

    1st February:

    Weight lost/gained this week: -2
    Weight lost/gained this month: - 6

Successes/struggles this week: This week hasn't been too bad. I haven't gotten as much exercise as I would like and my nutrition has suffered some because of some life stress. I'm going to focus on stress reduction and staying active for the next week and I think the nutrition will follow.

Success: Clean the majority of my house from top to bottom on Sunday. Conquered the mountain of clean laundry like I wanted to do this year.
