    Successes/struggles this week: Last week of eating bad, So had burgers, coffee, sugar. I was still hoping for at least a 1 lbs lose. But I am still happy lost 4 lbs this month!

    Struggles: I didn't resist some poor food choices and missed 2 workout days. I'm not beating myself up over this however. I've had very few weeks where I've gained in this weight loss journey. I think they are to be expected and learned from.

    Successes/struggles this week: I missed a couple weigh-ins, but I still kept track of my weight. I've been hovering around 179-180 all month, and I'm fine with that. I'm at almost 20 lbs lost since August. I'd say that's something to be happy about. In a couple weeks (as long as I don't go crazy with my food), I know the 180s will be a thing of the past.

    Successes/Struggles: FINALLY! The scale finally moved in the right direction! I didn't meet my goal for January but after the last two weeks of frustration on the scale, I am so pleased with this morning's weigh in.

    Successes/struggles this week: Really liking trend weight app, because I don't lose it when my weight goes up for some days, as it's trending down overall.
    I did not make my goal, however I had a good going calorie deficit each day (about 600cal) and am losing 0.6 a week. I like it that the maths is lining up.
