OMG I love this. No sliced duck breast in the US though...or it's super expensive...
really? this particular one I buy is either smoked or dried. Could you potentially by some duck breast and smoke it yourself? It'd be worth a try! (btw, when I buy it, each slice has a layer of fat about a third of its size, which needs to be peeled away before eating).

For some reason, that wrap and the grapes look sooooo good to me right now! And that taco salad sure would help a craving I've been having lately!

Yes, the cottage cheese works very well with the pudding, probably because it's dairy. Have you ever had Protein Jello? I used to eat it all the time, but haven't in a while. I'll have to make a batch this weekend.
That would be a no. Never even heard of protein jello. I hope you will share pictures ;)

The Tilapia with mango salsa, basmati rice and garden salad looks so nice! I can't resist anything with mangos in! Gave me trouble a few weeks ago, mango cheesecake... Made me go waaaaaaaay over for the day but it was so delicious.

It's nothing spectacular, but this is my typical work-day lunch. 567 calories (and about 1000 mg of potassium). I've got tofu, mixed nuts with honey, kalamata olives, dates, an avocado slice, a small tomato, carrot strips, snap peas, and cucumber slices.

I generally have a small breakfast, so I'm starving by lunch. I don't get to eat much else until dinner, so I sort of pile on the veggies.
