I'm 5'10 (178 cm) and currently weigh 207 lb (94 kg). My goal is 170 lb (77 kg). The lowest I've ever been (in my adult life) was 161 lb but everyone said I looked anorexic . And yeah then for various reasons I lost focus and got back up to 215 lb so now I'm going back down.0

72" 162 lbs. Reached my goal 9 months ago, and have been maintaining +/-2 lbs. I eat a lot of foods I like so I do not feel deprived. I substitute healthier alternatives (whole wheat spaghetti tonight, for instance). I cook almost everything I eat from scratch in larger batches, portioning it in plastic containers for my meals through the week.
Congrats on maintaining your goal weight for so long!!! I'm also 72 inches, (or 5'12 as I like to say) 182 right now. My dream weight is 160 lbs but from experience I know that 170 is easier for me to maintain. I have a pretty high calorie goal for the day, 1850, and I try to stick to fruits, veggies, and lean meats, and I don't usually meet it. I get most of my carbs from fruits an veggies. I get a lot of extra calories from exercise but I don't eat them back.
My problem is going out. I don't go to restaurants that post the calories and fat in the foods and I always eat crappy food out. Usually I just don't log that day because I don't know how to figure out the calories. How do you handle going out during maintenance?0 -

I am 5ft 7, currently at 167.2, goal weight range 150-155. Thats about a loss of 17.2 pounds in total. This should be easy, lost more weight than that before!!!10

Body type is so funny, we are all built so differently. I don't have enough boobs to look like a skeleton with boobs, ever, but am at 20% bodyfat and 34-29-36 or so at 5'9" and 135, I would like to stay south of 130, would like waist at 28" and could not carry 150lb without being fat, my body just wouldn't build another 20 of muscle.0 -

160cm (5'3")... start weight 90.8kg (200lb)... so far only lost 4.6kg (10lb) but since I've only being doing this for a month, that's ok! Goal weight of around 63kg (138lb), so I'm on my way :-P0

My starting weight was 81.2kg. My Goal weight is, in the end, 55kg, but for now I want to get to 65 before. I'm afraid to set a goal that seems unreachable.0 -

That being said, I continue to work out and become stronger despite the caloric deficit. I know that I am putting on muscle as well as losing fat. So I don't know where the final weight would be....0 -
