really? this particular one I buy is either smoked or dried. Could you potentially by some duck breast and smoke it yourself? It'd be worth a try! (btw, when I buy it, each slice has a layer of fat about a third of its size, which needs to be peeled away before eating).OMG I love this. No sliced duck breast in the US though...or it's super expensive...0 -
Just bumping for future reference.....some yummy looking plates here!0

OMG this looks amazing this is on the list to get on the next grocery trip!!!0 -
That would be a no. Never even heard of protein jello. I hope you will share picturesFor some reason, that wrap and the grapes look sooooo good to me right now! And that taco salad sure would help a craving I've been having lately!
Yes, the cottage cheese works very well with the pudding, probably because it's dairy. Have you ever had Protein Jello? I used to eat it all the time, but haven't in a while. I'll have to make a batch this weekend.

Would you mind sharing the recipe for the quinoa salad? It looks delicious.0 -
The Tilapia with mango salsa, basmati rice and garden salad looks so nice! I can't resist anything with mangos in! Gave me trouble a few weeks ago, mango cheesecake... Made me go waaaaaaaay over for the day but it was so delicious.0

It's nothing spectacular, but this is my typical work-day lunch. 567 calories (and about 1000 mg of potassium). I've got tofu, mixed nuts with honey, kalamata olives, dates, an avocado slice, a small tomato, carrot strips, snap peas, and cucumber slices.
I generally have a small breakfast, so I'm starving by lunch. I don't get to eat much else until dinner, so I sort of pile on the veggies.0 -
BUMP! I haven't been through the entire list of comments, but from what I've seen, with 20 pages, I'm bound to get plenty of ideas! Thanks for the post! :flowerforyou:0
