    3. Gym in evening weights & elliptical :smile: did 75 minutes on treadmill at home onstead
    4. Stay within calorie goals :smiley:

    3. Take kids to youth group

    Hi. I'm a newbie. Goal: 258 down to 165 @ -2 lbs/week.

    Just for today Wednesday 2/10

    1. Prelog (done) and stick to it.
    2. Walk at least 3 miles at 3 MPH.

    Move more.
    Exercise - done 30 mins on the cross trainer this morning. Do the same again later.
    Stay positive.
    Keep telling myself that I can do this.

    3) OT/PT exercises - one hour
    4) Eat 5 servings of fruit and veggies

    ^Not that day for the list, but it did get finished

    1) Buy packing tape
    2) PT exercises for hip
    3) Return Amazon purchases
    4) Eat lunch

    1) Walk around the office at least once every hour
    2) drink 4-5 bottles of water (16 oz.?)
    3) eat on plan/put everything in food diary. Everything.
    4) go to gym, meet with trainer, stay to walk 3 mi. but try for 5
    5) do stuff around the house after gym instead of falling into bed

    Today was my first day-I did pretty good!! I did get tired of measuring all my food, but I still did it! I walked for an hour and did yoga too.
    JFT-
    1) track my food. (though I hate doing it.)
    2) walk for an hour.
    3) drink 8 glasses of water.

    - log every bite faithfully
    - drink lots of WATER
    - listen close to my body's hunger and non-hunger signals

    just for today:
    - I will not ruin a day's discipline by eating everything in sight when I come home (sometimes it gets postponed till after the kids have gone to bed)
    - I will brush my teeth immediately after dinner to see whether that helps
    - I will start to drink water right now!
