Hey everyone, I'm new to MyFitnessPal. I'm here to do some toning before spring/summer and lose a couple pounds. I am going to be starting this squat challenge I found on Pinterest and want to know if anyone would like to do it with me?

Personally, I am not going to be doing all the daily squat amounts pictured here in one session. That seems somewhat insane to me as a squat beginner. I will be breaking it up into smaller, more manageable sets throughout the day. For instance, on day nine where it says do 100 squats, I will probably break it into 2 sets of 50 or possibly 4 sets of 25, whatever I can best handle.

    I would like to start. When are we going to start? Also it is best to break them up to about 10-20 sets at a time throughout the day.

    Day 1, 1 set of 50 reps of squats with 15lb curl bar on shoulders done!!

    Day 2, 1 set of 55 reps of squats with 15lb curl bar on shoulders done!!

    Day 3 2 sets of 30 reps first set weighted. Total 60 squats!

    I'm starting today :) FEEL THE BURN! I've done a challenge like this one last summer. The ouch was intense, but the results were awesome!

    Day 6 75 squats broken up into 3 sets of 25. 1st set weighted, 2nd set slow, 3rd set regular.

    Was hoping to do this along with the plank challenge starting 1St of march but for some reason I can't open the image that would show the amount of squats per day, could someone please repost it?
