My original goal was 60kg. My starting weight was about 75/76kg and I now weigh 67kg. I may move my goal weight a tad lower. 58kg feels doable.0

169cm. Throughout the week I fluctuate between about 56.5-57.5kg for over a year now. Good weight for me, and easy to keep. Only exception is after frequent flights or when I decide to do a stop week for the pill, which I hardly ever do. But I know it's only water.0

GW was originally 133; I think my goal maintenance range will be 128-131. I honestly don't care if my weight increases a bit more as I strength train though. I'd rather have more muscle as long as I'm not re-gaining fat. Moving toward recomp now hoping to get body fat into the "fitness" range (24% or below).0 -

Goal was 142-145. Maintaining at 138-140. I want to be sure I have some cushion. I am 5'6" and age 55.0

I'm 5'6" and I currently weigh 253 lbs. my goal weight is 150 lbs. BMI says I should weigh 130 lbs, but I believe I have a larger body frame than most 5'6" women. Whether that's true or not, I'm sticking with 150 as my goal weight. If I need to change it once I'm there, I will.
I'd love to be at 18% body fat, but for now I'm aiming for 21%. I haven't figured out what percent I'm at right now. Probably around 50%. I'll have to do the math.

Not happy with the level of body fat I've got but still researching what to do next really. If I lose much more weight I'm going to look too thin but I want abs ect I've never got so close before. I've started lifting now and going to keep eating at a slight deficit but with plenty of protein and see what happens in the next couple of months.

Glad you posted, Momo! You are welcome here. You can do this! We're the same height. I had to adjust my expectations along the way and I was shooting (at first) for around 150. You'll know when you get there...and you will, my friend!

Goal weight was originally 190, changed it to 180, then settled on 182-186.

Thank you so much! After I posted here, I did a little research on body fat percentage and found out that 150 might be too low for me. So I made the decision to shoot for 180 and go from there. It's like you said; I'll make adjustments along the way.
