    Day 9
    SW: 202
    CW: 198.2
    GW: 198

Not solid numbers due to illness, but will endeavor to maintain until St. Patrick's Day. Worried it will all blow up and I'll be back to my starting weight. Still coughing enough to make exercise extremely difficult. Will focus extra hard on food choices, though I'm craving more as I feel better.

Weighed myself this morning and the scale went down  down to 179.4. I don't think I will meet my goal but st. Patty's day but some progress is better than none!

Had red robin for the first time for dinner. Proud to say I resisted getting what I really wanted (a juicy bacon cheeseburger) and got the turkey burger wrapped in lettuce instead. It was still really good! Proud of myself. It was hard to do, especially watching my fiancé eat this barbecued bacon cheeseburger. I just had a few extra fries instead! #everylittlestepcounts
I also stayed under my calorie goal today and reached 12,000 steps!

That is great! I know that restaurants are my biggest challenge. If I decide what to have before I go and never look at the menu once I am there, I do better.
My check in that I lost 2 lbs this week. Only had the chance to exercise once but I stayed within my calories all week. My goal of 5 lbs by St Patricks Day has been met!!

I have to admit I'm kind of chickening out. I had a goal of less than 200 by 3/17 (3/19 for real) so I can weigh less and look better in the dress than when I got married 11 years ago. I'm pretty much just below my wedding weight now, but I can't bring myself to try on that dress again. What if it doesn't fit, what if I look like a sausage in it? What if my weight then is not the number in my head? What if I was much thinner then? Does that mean I looked that bad at the time and nobody told me? I might be close in weight but I have no idea how I'm doing in terms of size, body proportion. Other than that dress, I have nothing fitted from that time. Sure I have tee shirts, jackets, pjs, etc but nothing without some stretch or that I wore loose back then.

Sickness has hit me too. A solid week of it. Keep up the good work and listen to your body. Don't over do!!!

checkin' in went through another weekend and hit a downfall with girl scout cookies. and everytime my hubby comes home I'm very weak in my choices to reach that "svelt lean mean machine that I want. I still workout when he's here but I don't even think about what goes in my mouth. HELP!!! On the bright side I'm down 1.4lbs. So slow and steady seems to be my mode. Thats ok the trend is loose and not gain. Headin' for the pot of lettuce this weekend when I'm with my Hubby.

I Just looked back at my goals, I stated that I wanted to loose 8 lbs. but my goal weight reflects 9 (because I can't subtract better than a First Grader) OK, sooooo, my GW: is 167, I've got three pounds to loose in 9 days, this is going to be a tough mudder at the rate I'm going....positive vibes, positive vibes.
