LNS means how many days you have caved in to late night snacking. Streak means how many days in a row you successfully stayed free from late night snacking. Doing a streak is not required, but I find that it gives motivation. Welcome!0 -

Total clean streak 57 from Jan and Feb plus 6 =630 -
oh, this challenge is SOOO for me!! LNS last night was ice cream. This morning I saw the empty bowl on my night stand and felt like such a failure! No more!
Sometimes I wonder if it's a psychological thing. I've been eating in bed for years now (really bad habit!), and it seems like I HAVE to have a snack in bed otherwise I don't fall asleep. If I go up without a snack, the thought will fester until I go grab something. Has anyone else had that experience?

I am going to join this challenge starting today, Monday March 7th.
I am frustrated with my late night snacking - in general, my eating is pretty good all day until I get home and sit on the couch - that's when the cravings seem to take over!
I will switch to tea only after 7:30 pm.0 -

1. No late night snacks after 8 (only fruit)
2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!
3. Under sodium goal
4. Hit protein goal
This month hasn't started off well but determined to finish it out STRONG. I had my grandkids these last 3 days, NEXT time portion control is a must!!!!!!0 -

I started food logging again hoping that having to admit in writing what I ate at night would keep me in check. No such luck. I don't know that my goal is no LNS as much as no late night *binge* because I had "one small snack".

Doing it 3 days, feels like forever!
2 night finish eating early! Before 20, after then tea with no sugar.
Today most had something, but no!
1 night eating late + red wine( weekend, as planned)
