    • Finish eating at 9pm 25/31 nights. 14/31
    • Finish eating at 10pm 6/31 nights of my choice. 2/31
    • Take it one day at a time.

    March goals.
    1. No late night snacks after 8 (only fruit)
    2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!
    3. Under sodium goal
    4. Hit protein goal

    I'm on my third night of this challenge and I'm at:

    Me: 3
    LNS: 0

    I've been drinking about half my body weight in oz of water daily. I haven't gone over my daily calorie intake goal either. My hunger has cut down so much that myfitnesspal doesn't want to complete my daily logs unless I eat more!

    It's not a good month for me. I'm in Rochester, MN. at the Mayo Clinic. Stress and boredom is getting the best of me. Looking forward to going home in a few weeks!!

    I am new here and I want to say that this is the perfect challenge for me. I am so glad that I joined this group!

    CarrieA180 - Can't even imagine trying to work on this while being at the Mayo Clinic. From what I know, that is supposed to be a good place to be if you have health problems. Sounds like you will be going home soon!

    I did snack which threw me over but it was right after diner . Took an extra long walk today to make up for it. So far I'm very under calories today but dinner will happen lol

    March 17 - This was a hard one tonight - but I did it. Got some bad news :( - I usually turn to food.

    I might have to rethink my goals for latenight snacking as I've just returned to work and I finish at midnight. Last week, my first week back, I was ok but so far this week both nights I've worked I've come hungry.

    You just start posting how many nights you didn't have a Late Night Snack. The 'Me' represents the nights you didn't have snacks and the 'LNS' represents the nights you did. The way I do it is nothing after dinner but as you can see many people have times and goals different from mine. It's however you want to set it up. Then you just post how many days you have succeeded. The 'Streaks' are how many days you have gone altogether without a late night snack. The way I understand it, since I'm fairly new, is that every month is the start of a new challenge.
