2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!

I'm on my third night of this challenge and I'm at:

I've been drinking about half my body weight in oz of water daily. I haven't gone over my daily calorie intake goal either. My hunger has cut down so much that myfitnesspal doesn't want to complete my daily logs unless I eat more!0 -

It's not a good month for me. I'm in Rochester, MN. at the Mayo Clinic. Stress and boredom is getting the best of me. Looking forward to going home in a few weeks!!

I am new here and I want to say that this is the perfect challenge for me. I am so glad that I joined this group!
CarrieA180 - Can't even imagine trying to work on this while being at the Mayo Clinic. From what I know, that is supposed to be a good place to be if you have health problems. Sounds like you will be going home soon!

I did snack which threw me over but it was right after diner . Took an extra long walk today to make up for it. So far I'm very under calories today but dinner will happen lol0 -

It's a wonderful place for health care! The struggle, waiting and boredom will be worth it in the end. Doing my best to maintain my weight loss here! It's hard but this challenge has helped!
