    • Finish eating at 10pm 6/31 nights of my choice. 2/31
    • Take it one day at a time.

    March goals.
    1. No late night snacks after 8 (only fruit)
    2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!
    3. Under sodium goal
    4. Hit protein goal

    The last couple nights has been tough but it was doable for me! Fruit was the key, :)
