1. No late night snacks after 8 (only fruit)
2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!

Boy did I crash and burn last night!! You all might not want to hear that but I was on such a high/streak! The idea that I did not see it coming is what gets me? I seem to crash regularly. Now to pick up the pieces and move forward positively and without throwing in the chips, wish me luck (I shouldn't have said chips )

So pleased to have found this group, hopefully it will give me an added incentive to do what I need to do, cut out the late night snacks!
Current goal is nothing to eat after 9pm for a month and then review. It'll be hard, I found myself in front of an open fridge at 11:30 last night but I managed to resist and close the door.

I have a bad habit of eating something if I wake up in the night (which is most nights). Never anything huge, usually a slice of bread or a handful of cereal, but I get really annoyed with myself because I'm not actually hungry and eating something actually wakes me up more when all I really want is to go back to sleep.
I'm hoping that by putting this out there I can stop!0 -
