I was resigned to the fact of not getting these done. Then I read your post. Thank you! I did get my 150 done.

    I'm in!!!
I'm currently training with a power lifter and wanting to compete later in the year.
A couple of ideas to change it up if anyone's interested are sumo squats - take your stance out wider. Another is kettle bell squats holding the kettle bell in front of you extend your arms out in line with your neck helps strengthen your abs as well.

Failed yesterday miserably. I was tied to the desk at my day job until just before time to go to my night job. In the past that would normally stop ot. But today I will do yesterday's 155 and maybe some of today's 160 or just out yesterday as my day of rest.

I really want to give up on my fitness. I lost track of everything. The weight loss is sucking me in a lot. I think I will take a break. But make sure I still keep myself moving. Need some motivation. So I don't give up. 5 months 15 KGS( 30 lbs). Real hard. Need to lose another 15 KGS. I can do it. I will do it. No matter. I know the pain to have those extra lbs around your waist, hips & the rear. :'(
