1. No late night snacks after 8 (only fruit)
2. Allow a late night snack ONE time EVERY week BUT don't over do it with LOTS of chocolate, ice cream, chips!!

Glad to find the group again! Been gone a few months doing well but started that familiar slippery slope last few weeks. A late night nibble every once in awhile and now it's total mindless snacking every night. Time to get back on track!
