So...I am sure as you all have seen (and heard of) by now...the 30DS is apparently an awesome workout that gets great results (as long as you stick to it like you are suppossed to). So I am gonna give it a try and see for myself :)

I will be personally starting the 30DS on June 29th, and I am going for 30 days out of the 35 between 6/29 and 8/3. I will be taking my before and after pics, measurements, and weight to see/share my results!

I am opening this thread for anyone who hasn't started it yet...or would like to start a 2nd round of it with me!! We can post how we do each day, questions/concerns/advice, motivate each other for the month, and then post our before and afters on August 3rd!!

    Im with you!! i have the CD but never got motivated enough to actually start!

    But I may need to start a bit earlier as I go on holidays on the 28th of July.

    I'm in! I've been losing slowly so maybe I just need to exercise consistently to get things going a little better.

    well start tomorrow then and get 30 days in before the 28th!!! Don't forget your before and afters (pics, weight, measurements) let us know how you are doing and we will be rootinya on until you start!

    Just got mine yesterday. I need to start today (23rd) since I only have a 21 day free trial and I may decide to send it back. I'm in though. I am hoping for some great results.
    SW (for 30ds)- 212.4. measurements to come.

    I'm in. I just received an email from netflix letting me know that my 30ds will be here tomorrow. I plan on starting Monday. My husband will be doing it with me, so we will both take before and afters.

    SO excited! I am totally in(: My DVD is in the mail, and I still have to take my before pics... Not very thrilled about that, Lol.

    I am going to get the DVD tonight. I have a friend who just posted bikini pics of her facebook...she would not have done that last year! Says it is all due to 30DS. Now I am seeing all kinds of great things about it on here, so I feel like I need to try it out too! Good Luck!

    I'm nervous, I do not like my before pictures and don't want to post them! Also,do you think if I do three rounds of 30DS along with the 6week 6 pack I'll see a difference? Or will my body be used to the same thing and get stuck?

    I'm in!!!! I am almost done with it. I started on May 25th and should be done with it on 06/30/11 and will then do a Round 2 of it. I have lost a total of 6.2lbs!!!! So feel free to add me for support!

    Take lots of different shots of the before, mine are kind of crappy that i did, i wish i took more. I am on level 2 day 8.. OMG i just realized two more workouts til level 3!

    Dont forget the flexed arm pose.

    I have been doing No More Trouble Zones for about two weeks now (and wow does that destroy you). However, since the workout is 40 minutes I bought 30DS to alternate :) I think NMTZ's is basically like level 2 or 3 of 30DS for DOUBLE the time lol. Anyway, I would love to be a part of a group of people who are doing the Shred, etc :) I love Jillian Michaels and her no BS style! Like she says, if you want results you gotta PUSH and PUSH I do lol! Today is 30 Day shred Day so I'm looking forward to getting off of work! Nice to meet everyone :)

    The workout mixes it up on you you will definitely see results if you stick to it. good luck!

    Okay I am going to impulsively commit to this! I've never done 30DS before, but will get it on Netflix and start on the 29th as well! I need something new to motivate me...

    Count me in. My anniversary is on August 1st and I really want to be able to see a difference by then. Im going to start tomorrow. My hubby is going to Peru for 12 days on a missions trip in the morning and I would LOVE him to see a difference when he gets home

    I'm in!! Going to buy it and start tonight or tomorrow, as long as I can find it somewhere! I'm gonna need some hardcore motivation for this, I always have a hard time with exercise, especially strength training. I'm more into swimming/cardio. But I really want to do this all the way through!!

    Starting measurements:
    Weight: 141.2 lbs
    Hips: 38"
    Waist: 35"
    Thigh: 20"
    Bust: 32"
