    I was hoping for 48 hours in Feb, but missed it by 7.5 hours. Too much travelling ... but then again, there's not such a thing as too much travelling. :grin:

    Looking back at last March, I did 489.8 km (304.3 miles) = 38 hours 4 min of walking and cycling. I'd like to do at least that, and preferably up and over 500 km and 40 hours. :)

    A minor knee injury ... badly bruised knee and lower ITB after my bicycle fell on it while attempting a balancing act between holding the bicycle and taking a photo.

    On Saturday 26 March, my husband and I rode a 300 km randonnee ... 300 kilometres in 17 hours and 6 minutes. :)

    1st March: 1 hour weightlifting, 1 hour spinning and 1 hour circuits.
    2nd and 3rd March: rest days
    4th March: Half hour weightlifting
    5th March: 2 hours spinning
    6th March: 1 hour spinning and 1 hour circuits

    Total for 1st week March: 7.5hrs.

    7th: rest day
    8th: Half hour weightlifting, 15mins running, 1 hour spinning and 1 hour circuits.
    9th: 15mins running and 1 hour spinning.
    10th: 1 hour circuits.
    11th: Half hour running and 1 hour spinning.

    Total for March so far: 14 hours.

    March 12th: 45mins weight lifting, 15mins running and 2 hours spinning.
    Total so far: 17hours

    March 13th: 1 hour spinning, 1 hour circuits abs 1 hour walking.

    I'm giving up on this challenge, typing up hours of exercise here in addition to tracking workouts via myfitnesspal and body space apps is just too much extra work
