This month I'm adding in a clause that I can eat one small piece of fruit after working nights.

Great idea... love the accountability! I'm a newbie and my goal is NO eating after 7:30 only water or tea.

Quick tip one thing that helps me is to brush, floss and use mouthwash when you're done eating... after that you don't want to have to do it over again plus nothing will taste good anyway!0 -
