coffee with a squeeze of lemon and coffee with a TBS of coconut milk creamer. Leftover roasted veggies (sweet potatoes, eggplant, cauliflower, bell peppers, onion, russet potatoes) with 2 eggs over easy, a quarter avocado, a TBS of super spicy green chili, and a TBS of full fat plain greek yogurt. YUM!!! 415 calories and I will be full for a very long time, which is helpful today when I have conference calls back to back over lunch time!0
