Managed to finish writing my 30 page paper (don't go to grad school, people) without binging. It's a miracle!!!18

I mentioned that I love cheese at work when someone said well you are skinny so you can eat cheese. I was sooooo happy.11

My Doc (literally) didn't recognize me sitting in the waiting room. lol20

My boyfriend showed me a photo he had taken that I didn't know from about 9 months (and nearly 60lbs) ago when I had been walking in front of him. I could hardly recognize myself, and he was really proud of me! He told me that I had been his inspiration to lose over 30lbs since Christmas. He's looking great.
I really enjoy shopping now! It's actually quite concerning, because I've spent a small fortune... but it's so nice to be able to go into a shop, try something on, and feel good about myself!
Someone at work told me that I was looking "skinny" now! (Not sure I would go that far, but it was nice to hear!)
I ran for the longest I have ever run without a break yesterday: 50 mins! It felt amazing and I can't wait to get back on the treadmill. Running at all is a NSV for me because when I started this, I thought the only reason to run was if you're being chased.
I can spend the whole day on my feet at work and not feel like collapsing into a heap on the ground with my face in a bowl of chips.
Started lifting weights with a personal trainer and actually spending some time at the scary man section of the gym and feeling like a hero.18 -
I can read my scale without holding my belly in. I was starving yesterday ( I work in 14 grocery stores a week) when I checked out I spent half the money I usually spend and bought REAL food!!!!!10

i can cross my legs comfortably in my work chair. woohoo!!11

My "In 5 Weeks..." Result represents a 100 lb total loss! Honestly never thought I'd see that happen. It may take more than 5 weeks, but it's in sight16

I thought that I was at the end of my shrinking stage, so I bought 2 sport coats about a month ago. Went from a 52 in August to 46 in March. I had to wear one on Saturday and find that it's completely too big. I'm going to have to drop to a 42 without looking like my jacket is going to swallow me. I also found a denim jacket in the back of the closet that I haven't worn in years. I put it on and it's "roomy" and it's a MEDIUM!!18

Kinda funny...I noticed some extra room in my bra the other day. It will be nice to have a smaller cup size, because I have always had a large chest and the excess weight made it even BIGGER. I just hope that they don't look too deflated, like after I had my daughter. Lol.7

Hotness right there!! You look fantastic!!!7 -
Just bought a food scale to make my entries more accurate and hopefully lose some more!!16

Hubby noticed my arm muscles!

I haven't been able to wear knee socks in years - my calves were too big, and they cut in to my leg and cut off blood circulation. But I can wear them now, and they are comfortable - warm legs again!15

That is so great!! My ' In 5 weeks...' actually showed my 'down the road'/'ultimate' goal weight! I can relate!

I had that happen to me. A year after I reached maintenance, without losing more weight, I dropped two clothing sizes. The last time I was a size 4 I had been in the hospital for a week. Now I've been there for 2 years.8 -
Multiple people at work asked if I had lost weight today
Also Realizing I don't feel like I am "on a diet" I just feel like I'm eating healthier and taking care of myself. I am in a deficit but doesn't "feel" that way if that makes sense16 -
My husband talked me into riding his motorcycle with him this past weekend. I was able to wear my 16 year old daughter's riding jacket. My healthy weight 16 year old daughter's riding jacket, that is. And it's fitted. And she got it a few years ago when hubby first got his motorcycle. From 2XL and 3XL sizes to my daughter's closet!! Please excuse the helmet hair though.

WOOT! Way to make a fashion statement on your ride!
I took three bags of too-big clothes to the donation center today. Three bags. I'm starting to run out of things to wear!

Riding on my daily ride this morning looking out into and riding through the beautiful sun drenched countryside - cold and fresh but made my soul sing. Also got a PB on a section of my ride I've been focussing on - I knocked 2seconds off!14

I realized that today is my rest day (no work out) and for the first time ever was disappointed. Maybe I'll go to the gym for a short "light" workout today.11

I visited my Dr today on a non-weight-related matter and she told me that I looked really good ... then added that it is quite rare for a Dr to say something to a patient about weight (as she did with me) and actually have them do something about it.
I went back today to discuss the results of some bloodwork, and 18 months ago I was showing signs of some liver issues ... but apparently I've completely fixed those issues. Not a sign of them. And we discussed the problems I had with heartburn and reflux (I couldn't lean over and tie my shoes without getting a mouthful of stomach acid) ... those problems are gone!
I have acquaintances who tell me losing weight won't make their lives any better ... well, I don't know about them, but it sure made my life better! So much nicer being able to tie my shoes without the additional feature mentioned above, and it was a little scary being told that it looks like I could be developing some kind of liver disease.24 -
I have collar bones again I'm so excited!!!!18
-
I dropped my rings off at our jeweler to have them sized down from a 7.5 to a 5. Can't wait to be able to wear them and not worry about losing them.10
-
I feel good today. That's all. I just feel good about my body and my progress, after a while of feeling like I'd stalled out.29

I've started wearing tight workout pants paired with shirts that don't cover my butt! And I'm not self conscious even remotely!16
-
4 days binge-free!! Instead of being impatient with my weight loss and over-restricting/binging/repeat, I'm finally learning to "trust the process" and it seems to be helping so far14

I raided my teenage sons closet and started wearing everything that he out grew a couple of years ago.9
