Down one pound...woo hoo! Glad to see the scale moving now...in the right direction too! I changed up my working out schedule to five days this past week, so I'm gonna shoot for the same next week.

NSV's: Yesterday, my aunt was comparing me to her friend from work, and said that we "aren't heavy". :laugh: Later, my aunt and uncle both commented that I look like I've lost weight again. I know I've been gaining, and I'm probably at the same as I was the last time they saw me, but I know they are noticing the inches. :bigsmile:Vic, congratulations on your underwear victory!! lol That's something that I have been noticing as well but never really thought about . All of us MFP losers are going to help stimulate the economy with our purchases of new undies!0

I have no reason for the gain... sigh! I am not logging everything, as I have been too lazy to log recipes anymore in my choice to not consume my life with this....
My weights have been so up and down lately!! Hopefully it all averages out soon as it is definitely not helping the self esteem!
