This is a new thread for the Bunch-a-Losers Group, because i'm not letting anyone else join. We have a lot of teams :D
So, I WON'T be making a new thread every week unless it gets asked.

this is also starting week 1 weigh-ins! woo!

    Posted team 10s name on the other thread, but will post again. We are the sassy shrinkers. I weighed in yesterday too and posted a weight of 212.4 (down from 213.6). :-)

    Also, suggestion for keeping us all on the same page. Edit your first post weekly with challenges so our requirements are always easy to find. :)

    For some reason MFP won't let me edit any of my posts, so I may put the challenges on another link or something, I don't know.

    BUT: i have SUGGESTIONS FOR WEIGHING IN.
    to make things easier for me, which would be excellent...
    if,when you weigh-in, you state which team you are on, and perhaps your percentage lost, or have your team captain calculate the team's percentage, that'd be great.
    this takes a lot of time, and i'd love any help.

    Checking in for the Golden Girls. I completed all of last weeks challenges!

    Sorry team, no weight loss this week, still at 223. All of my exercise is starting to turn fat to muscle so I'm at one of those stages where the weight loss slows down, hopefully next week I'll have better results!

    I swam 2 hrs yesterday, & that usually makes it go down, so I don't know whats up... I am continuing, not giving up...

    I am team 11

    W/I = 184

    1.6% body fat lost.

    Also, if you want to post in your original post or something this link http://www.fitwatch.com/qkcalc/calculate-weight-loss-percentage.html it does your body fat lost for those that don't know how to calculate it.

    Can you maybe just add another page to the spreadsheet that keeps a list of the challenges? Would that be easier?

    I can't edit my posts either. I'm at 2.19% fat loss.

    Thanks... though I'm not happy with my pre-preg weight at all it's nice to be back down from the 216 I was when I had her :) lol

    Thanks for the link. I know that's something I certainly should know how to do but I guess it's one of those use it or lose it facts. I never used it, so I lost it!!

    Just a note - if you're doing the spreadsheet in Google Docs, which I think you are(?), you should be able to put a formula in the % lost row and it will automatically calculate it for you. I sent you a note - let me know if you'd like some help with it!
