2 eggs scrambled with mushrooms and red bell pepper, 1 slice ezekiel toast with jelly. Hot tea with Stevia.0

Oatmeal with peanut butter and a dash of cinnamon, with a big mug of black coffee.0

I'm trying to finish off some stuff I have, so it's just two hard boiled eggs and 175g of Greek yogurt0

I have a day off today, so I slept in - which means a late breakfast where I can boost the amount of calories as it's practically lunch time now .
Planning on a piece of 12 grain toast, half an avocado mashed and drizzled with sriracha, with spinach and an egg on top. Then some Greek yogurt, strawberries, and coffee (1 sweetener, 1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk).
Might even have 2 pieces of turkey bacon, too.

Quaker Cinnamon Oatmeal Squares (cold cereal) with unsweetened almond milk. Fortified cereals are my most consistent source of iron.0

Latte and what was supposed to be oatmeal. I was busy and accidentally put the oats in before the water boiled, so instead i had a bowl full of mush. At least the coffee was good.0

We had a big neighborhood spring cleanup and a cookout afterwards...I had a burger and some Doritos and a cookie.0

It's a hodge podge of crap. Chobani nonfat plain Greek yogurt to see what it tastes like. Yakult probiotic stuff to see what it tastes like (pretty nice, actually). One oven-fried (Kraft mix) chicken thigh, 39 g of sauteed asparagus. That ought to be enough to hold for a few hours to supper.0

I had a tuna salad sandwich on a multigrain sandwich thin with kale. A glass of veggie juice. 4 sliced strawberries and a dannon light & fit greek yogurt. It was delicious0
