Count me in. I need to lose 50 more pounds. I've lost 14 so far. My goal is 1200 calories. I increased daily activity, do Body Pump class twice a week, and treadmill or elliptical 3 days per week.0

I hope I'm not too late to join this challenge?
I want to shed 50 pounds by the end of this year but find that I am bouncing around the same 5lb range week after week after week! I have only lost about 2lb in the past two months. I am also in the throes of the menopause which I suspect could have a lot to do with the numbers I am seeing. Although I do seem to have lost centimetres
I have a 1220 daily calorie allowance and I work out for at least 30 minutes a day, five or six times a week - a mixture of cardio and strength training. I try very hard NOT to eat my exercise calories - although I must confess to improvement being required in that area!
