I have the weight I need to lose broken up into quarters...at over 180 pounds to lose, I've got to have some smaller milestones.
That being said, I am a little under 10 pounds away from reaching the first quarter of my total weight loss goal!6 -
To get to 50# lost (1.2 lb away)
And the next one is to get to 180 (6.4 lb away)2 -
16% bodyfat and then 11 - 15 in time!1

4 weeks, 4 days until I head off to a festival that is definitely my motivation at the moment. Then 4 months to a holiday in Florida, want to fit back in some of my old pairs of shorts!1

I visit my family every six months (between VT and MD), next trip is in July and I want to be 30 lbs less. I always feel like the 'fat' sister, so this is a goal for me. Already 16 down!5

My mini-goal is 170 pounds.
I have not weighed less than 175 in the past 5 years. Currently, 179.
Ultimately, I am shooting for 145 which is what I weighed 10 years ago when I moved to my current state of residence and was the healthiest I've ever been.3 -
My mini goal is to be in a "healthy" BMI range for my trip home in June. I haven't seen anyone (friends or family) for two years and I'll be a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding. I know the BMI system is flawed but it's the next mental milestone I'm aiming for. I'll be down from a BMI of 34.7 to 24.9 - only 800 grams to go!

I had a mini goal three weeks ago of being below 150 and then I slacked off until this week and today- 149.8! So I'm super pleased and my next mini goal is to get to 147. GW is 145, so these last few pounds are tough. Also, doing a 2k on the erg in less than 9:00.5

Mine is to get to the healthy BMI range for my height. I'm exactly 11.5 lbs from that point...hoping I get there sometime late this summer..2
