    I believe, since the weigh ins are "by Monday" that means the week runs Tuesday through Monday. That's the way I understand it

    Here's my teams % & loss - Soooo far - still missing 1 as you can see - I'll post when I get it - unless she posts directly - though I haven't seen it yet

    Did ok last week....not really as well as I could hope, but probably as well as expected given I was out of town all weekend for our anniversary - was a little hard to eat as well as usual... and no gym, just cuddle time ;-) not extreme exercise there. But I'm happy with a small loss and not a gain!

    I figured out or teams total percentage by adding us all together in one to get the percentage. Is that correct? Or do we add each persons together? It makes a big difference each way.

    As a team our percentage is .58
    Individual percentage added together is 1.88

    It's my understanding this is supposed to be as a team. Yes?

    oy only a .2 weight loss this week. i chalk it up to TOM and lack of energy to get the extra workouts in. sigh...

    Tuesdays challenge is complete for me, though I need to update my water intake.
    Since finding out I'm diabetic, I'm having a bigger challenge...finding foods that don't spike my blood sugar, and trying to get it down to where I need it. UGH!!

    team bombshells-sad to say I was down during the week, but seem to have picked it back up over the weekend. Sun weigh-ins are not going to be good for me! : )
