I Don't Believe in Calorie Counting

Well, this works for me. I check my diet for two weeks and if I find out my belly is getting swollen I decrease my carbs. For general public there are many reasons, and many of them don't really pay attention to diet and their physical appearance.
Hence, the benefit of calorie counting for them.
There's no "one neat trick" to quickly lose excess weight when a person is obese. You seem quite athletic and close to your ideal weight and able to intuitively listen to your body. Some people can't do that. For them, learning how to closely watch intake by calorie counting may be the tool they need to lose the weight.6 -
Sometimes healing helps people to to lose weight. I do healing over distance.-3

I always take carbs over chakras.
Neither needs to be flying in my face, however.3 -

I also like carbs over chakras. But am not opposed to them flying in to my face. I think it would save energy if the carbs just levitated to my face instead of me having to pick them up and raise my hands to my mouth.3 -
Is it a full moon or something? This is one of the most random weekend of posts I've ever seen on MFP...6

I was thinking of a pie, flying (unbidden by me, launched by some other) toward my face, which if I recall was a thing for a while not too long ago.
Of course, while people incorrect call pies "carbs" the truth is they have plenty of fat and depending on the type of pie may have protein too.
(Don't know about chakras, but I doubt it!) ;-)2
