    Well hate to admit it but hubby was right after a 48 min and 15 min u tube videos for exercise I am in pain
    I love the support from this chit chat for married.hubby and I stay home most days so this is my inter action with anyone
    My dog is my thearpy most days once a month I do have a thearpist that listens to me trying to understand why my kids hate me

    and well done. What youtube videos do you do? I usually try to find the hardest and then regret that decision but in my messed up mind if I don't hurt it doesn't work

    Married 10 years. Glad to find this thread. My husband is the sort who can drop 10 lbs over night just by giving up cookies so it's great to have support when my goals take a little more effort to reach :smile:

    Crazy high metabolism. Our kids are all alarmingly thin as well. They're wound up like tops all day, meanwhile I'm lucky to get through the day without a nap lol.

    I'm kind of like this and I'm happiest when I'm active and can decide I want to lose so I track food and exercise. I think it's probably a bit of adhd too :)
