I overate yesterday and I carried those excess calories to today... I carry over calories sometimes and try eat less/better the next day. Today I made a huge bowl of cauliflower rice cooked in sesame oil with half an onion, 2 eggs, lime juice, sesame seeds, hot sauce and coriander. It came to 355 calories and was delicious!

@tbolashana by the time you looked I had changed it a bit. lol. Someone came home with a watermelon and then I felt like a bit of chocolate last night, but still a great day as far as I'm concerned, everyone should be proud for their efforts, God knows this isn't easy, if it were there wouldn't be any fat people. I love that you thought to make it into a post. Thanks.

I only had one bowl of spaghetti for supper and had a big veggie filled salad before I had the spaghetti. Baby steps right now....

I'm proud I ate at ALL today. My migraines usually get so bad the thought of thinking is painful.

This. And that what I ate was grilled salmon with steamed broccoli and rice is a double win.

Eh, I'm generally not too proud of the things I do eat, but more of the things I don't!

But I do like my new favorite treat-- I have a ridiculous sweet tooth, so I have been putting my greek yogurt in the freezer for around 5 hours, then eating it with nuts on top. Tastes so similar to actual frozen yogurt (this is not a new trick, but it's fairly new to me). I eat one every single day with lunch, the dannon light n fit, only 80 calories!

Thank you for understanding why I made this post. I just want people to be able to pat themselves on the back at a smart choice that they made.

I went to town on a block of cheese. I don't know if I'm proud of it but I'm trying to be okay with it.

Beer. Proud of that cause after my 'behaviourally challenged' child threw a spaz in the grocery store, i hid in the bathroom and had a refreshing beer instead of selling him to the circus.

I'm proud that I pre-logged yesterday to make today work. It's my kid's birthday and he wanted America's Test Kitchen's baked mac and cheese for dinner, plus there was a cinco de mayo fundraiser lunch at his school. Yum!

But I will never understand why ATK thinks that a 9x13 pan of mac & cheese with 1 1/2 pounds of cheese is only 6 servings. We get 16 servings out of it, and all felt satisfied.

Since I'm typically eating very nutritious meals, I'm proud of those days--like today--when I can fit a treat into my daily goal and feel satisfied. So, here's a toast to my itsy bitsy, beautiful 199 gram ribeye steak. Loved every bit. In the past, I'd have eaten the whole steak, heck, I'd have purchased a larger one than I did and scoffed at the idea of cutting it in half!! (I'd have eaten more than 1200 calories in meat if I had!)

Husband made me breakfast in bed today. He isnt the best cook and wasn't the best food in the world, but it was so thoughtful and amazing. Proud to have him.

I'm proud that I have incorporated vegetables into most of my daily meals. I didn't grow up eating vegetables so it was a big change for me. But I feel proud for making the healthy change and for eating all my veggies.
