    • 8 cups liquids/Monitor sodium intake. :)
    • Go grocery shopping after breakfast. Lots of lovely fresh fruit/veg! :)
    • Type up new story for Creative Writing group. :)

    JFT - 05/19/16 - I will not have any SWEETS (candy, cookies, ect)
    *****I completely overdid it late last night - for NO reason. I wasn't hungry - I don't think I really even wanted it. I was half asleep letting the dogs out before bed - it stared me in the face - and in my mouth it went. So disappointed in my lack of will power.

    Just for today, I will make it to the gym. Too often excuses or forgetfulness get in my way. But I have my gym bag in my car with everything I need, so there's no excuse for not going.

    My goal is to keep abiding as closely to my macros and daily calorie goal, while maintaining my social life.

    I'm going to try to have willpower today! The Blues playoff game is tonight and my friends are getting together at a bar to watch the game. My goal is to eat before I go and sip one or two vodka waters without giving in to the greasy menu and additional drinks!! Wish me luck!!!

    JFT - 05/20/16 - I will work out for a minimum of 30 minutes tonight regardless of how let I get home from the day and I will NOT have any SWEETS (candy, cookies, ect) again today.

    Just for today, I will track my food in my diary and stay below my 1300 calorie limit. I WILL workout for an hour and 15 minutes at the gym!
