Hoping there is a July challenge!
I swear by these DVD's.
I finally had to replace my original 1, 2, & 3 Mile DVD's that came all packaged up years ago - i think they were about 10 years old.
Within this past month I've purchased her Walk it Off and Tone it Up DVD with stretchie band, and the Punch it Out DVD with the weighted gloves - 5 and 4 miles, respectively.
I sweat my butt off doing these - and anyone who says that "those walking things aren't a workout" are full of it.
I even have my 10 year old stepdaughter doing some miles with me while she's here for the summer!0 -

I sweat my butt off too! I usually do the 4 mile super challenge and by the end of it, I'm wiped! Just curious, how do all of you log the walks? The 4 mile takes about 55 minutes to do but the first 5 minutes and last 10 minutes are a little slower than the rest of the video so I usually log it as 40 minutes @ 4mph and 15 minutes @ 3.0mph. Does that sound about right?0 -

I believe on my DVD's and also somewhere in Leslie's talking they mention that it's an average of 4 mph, so i just log it as the 4 mph for the time i'm actually "walking" - at least on the two DVD's i've been doing.0 -

I am so excited! My first Goal on MFP and I met it with a day to spare. I did the 3 mile with hand weights walk from her 5 mile advanced walk dvd. Is this going on for July because I want to double my goal? Oh and by the way, I've lost 8lbs thanks to you guys!

I do not know if there will be another Leslie challenge, but I am starting RI30 with some folks on another forum. RI30 is "Ripped in 30" with Jillian Michaels. i ordered the dvd off amazon for like $10. It starts tomorrow, July 1. I'm going to watch it tonight and see if I'm crazy for saying I will do that challenge, LOL! Leslie is totally my speed...Jillian is a little harder for me to follow but I was looking for something to start when this ended and that popped up!
(also, I'm wogging (walk-jogging) a 5K on the 4th!!)0 -
Woohooo!! I did it! I met my goal +1 mile! I'm so proud of myself for finishing this! I usually give up so easily...and I've had kind of a rough week this week...but I didn't give up! I'm gonna give myself a little pat on the back!

3 Mile Power Walk...
I didn't meet my challenge that I set but I do feel good about my month long exercise.
June was a good month..I will double check but for June but think I exercised everyday except for 6 days :bigsmile:
I was 17 miles out...but did 43 miles of walking with Leslie and sppinning every Saturday and Tuesday

Thank you for letting me in on this challenge. There were days I wanted to walk fewer miles but I pushed mysel to reach my goal. I enjoyed the camaraderie and checking how everyone else was doing. Keep walking!0 -
