Almost exactly the same. Haven't been now in 8 months.

I went clothes shopping yesterday and I bought size 8 pants! I haven't even been close to a size 8 in 12 years! Last year at this time I was in a tight 14. I still have about 20lbs to go but this feels pretty awesome.23

Hubby and I have not had fast food on 2016! This from the couple who would stop at McDonald's at least 2-3 times a week!31

Rode my bike to and from church. It was raining steadily on way home but I had my rain jacket and pants on.
and 2 folks commented on my weight loss. One asked what I was doing. It's just the calories in are less than the calories out.17 -
Still shopping in the back of my closet. Found two pairs of capri pants that fit wonderfully!14

I know it's not really that fast, but I was so proud of us!
So wonderful that you did this with your daughter!!6 -

I can now fit my 12 year olds puffy vest lol...she said I can keep it awww16

When I got out of the shower this morning I realized the towel was wrapping around - no gaps! Grinning like an idiot!34

I went to the swimming pool after 6+ years of being afraid to go. And I enjoyed it.29

No one has said much about my 50 lb loss (I think they are afraid of insulting me), but my sister-in-law told me at a picnic yesterday that I look fantastic.
Later, I went to Old Navy with my daughter. We have had one in our town for 10 years, but I have never been able to shop there. I was able to buy a top, and it fits!
I'm still walking on air!27 -
I can no longer 'shop' in my closet. I've never been this small in my entire teenage/adult life!! I'm 32, and I'm smaller than I was at 16!
Granted I was 250lbs at 16, and I'm only at 200 now, but still!!43 -
I'm almost out of the sizes available at Torrid where I usually buy my clothes...which also makes me sad because I like that store. I'm a total of 42.8 pounds down!21

It's only been two weeks since I got serious and cleaned up my diet and started lifting, but noticing results already. My suits all fit, better than even when I bought them. Down from 42 jeans to my 40s and can button up my 38's (although still very tight around the middle.16

I can see my collar bone protruding
Clothes fit better
More energy
Better mood17 -
Yesterday I did a lap on my bike around Central Park and was able to do the notorious Harlem Hill with no "sweat". Which is a huge improvement of the huffing and puffing I did when I tried last year. It's raining today, but I may try two laps tomorrow.23

I also picked up a 5 lb bag of flour, since 5 lbs doesn't always seem like a lot and reminded myself that THIS used to be on my body, and imagined carrying that flour around all day!
YAY on the scrub pants! And for an even "truthier" view of what you've lost, pick up 5 lbs of butter. That's 5 lbs of fat, so you get a view of its size as well as its weight.8 -

Not really that fast? You cut your time by more than one-third, woman. That's impressive as all get-out!11 -
Tucking in blouses again after wearing them out - tunic style - for years, swimming in my size 8 dress pants - so many getting dressed milestones.14

I bought a size "medium" outfit today for the first time in years. Going from XL to L made my heart sing, but M, well M takes me back to the old me. It just fit, and for a moment I considered just buying the L anyway, because it was too much money for something that I might grow out of again. (Why are golf clothes so ridiculously overpriced?) But I am truly confident that this is it, I'm done with yo-yoing.21

This doesn't sound like much, but I was able to carry my instrument from my car to the music room without putting it down or switching hands.
Keep in mind my baritone saxophone is 5 ft long and about 45 pounds in the case, and I had a backpack and folder in my hands. I was happy.29 -

On the contrary, things like this are HUGE victories!6 -
I was driving the other day and my leg felt a bit itchy, do I reached down to scratch it and had a millisecond of discomfort at feeling an unfamiliar contour on my leg. It was muscle!
For years I've used my hip to prop my trunk open when I've got something in my hands and need to adjust my hand hold. Imagine my surprise when I popped a hip and the lid closed without making contact with it.
Keep up the good work, everyone! Every victory is awesome, no matter how small.19 -
My favorite SIL has always been miles and miles smaller than me (I'm about 5 inches taller, but still- MILES!)- I now wear the same size jeans as her (27") and am working my way down to hopefully a 25-26. I find it wild that I'm the same size as her now! We're planning on twinning when we get together in August. Now if only she wouldn't always have the better boobs lol19

I havent had chocolate for four months. Once I start I can't stop. Plan to have some in August when it's my birthday14

I'm going to have to get my bowling balls re-drilled because now the holes are too big. I currently have about 5 pieces of tape in the thumbhole, LOL.15

I once played tenor sax. I'm impressed.4 -
Had a goal that when I hit 80lbs down I would join a real boxing gym...although I'm still 2lbs from that goal, tonight was my first strength and conditioning class. I did the whole class and was able to keep up no problem.
I even had two of the coaches ask me if I had boxed previously.26 -
Down to size 38 pants, and happy with how they look! Can't remember the last time I bought anything below a size 40 (or larger)!13
-
Realized this week I was finally able to comfortably lay on my stomach again. Been years!
Also the scale is stuck at 20 lbs loss the past week but my clothes are getting bigger, my underwear are loose and I went down another notch in my belt!
eff you, scale!20
