    Hi everyone! :)

I just saw this challenge this morning. I'm doing Focus T25. I'm struggling with the planks/core exercises. So, I thought that this would be prefect for me. I liked to join in.

    Day 1 done! <3

I'm in. Tried a 60min plank challenge a couple of years ago and failed. Started by myself 8 days ago at 2min a day. Getting that up to 5 by the end of the month will be the big challenge.

Hi everyone! I am starting Day 1 today (I am getting down the floor as soon as I hit the post reply button...) I used to do plank every now & then and really enjoyed it and its benefits. Then I got lazy and stopped.

Since I can't decide doing it in straight arm or bent arm so will do one in each - problem solved :D

    Day 4 done!

Ha! It is harder then I expected, too. Few seconds, no problem, Yeah Right! :D

Keep it up! We will get stronger! <3

Just curious how everyone track what day you are up to - I thought of 1) writing it down 2) scroll up to check my last post.

Appreciate if anyone can share their method of tracking. Thank you!

I tend to scroll back because I can never remember which day I'm on. Would probably be smarter for me to just write it down elsewhere.

Thank you so much for sharing your method. Maybe I will do the "write it down" way first - no way I can remember either but I really would try to complete all 30 days.
