Hi everyone!
I just saw this challenge this morning. I'm doing Focus T25. I'm struggling with the planks/core exercises. So, I thought that this would be prefect for me. I liked to join in.

I'm in. Tried a 60min plank challenge a couple of years ago and failed. Started by myself 8 days ago at 2min a day. Getting that up to 5 by the end of the month will be the big challenge.2
