Hi everyone! I am starting Day 1 today (I am getting down the floor as soon as I hit the post reply button...) I used to do plank every now & then and really enjoyed it and its benefits. Then I got lazy and stopped.
Since I can't decide doing it in straight arm or bent arm so will do one in each - problem solved

Ha! It is harder then I expected, too. Few seconds, no problem, Yeah Right!

I tend to scroll back because I can never remember which day I'm on. Would probably be smarter for me to just write it down elsewhere.

Thank you so much for sharing your method. Maybe I will do the "write it down" way first - no way I can remember either but I really would try to complete all 30 days.

I just finished planking, sat down in front of my computer and found your group. Would you add me please? And by the way, I've just begun. Today was Day 2 - 20 seconds. People may laugh at the short amount of time, but you really feel it. Looking forward to Day 30! Thanks -3
