Good day everyone! I find going to bed early helps me to not snack, plus if there is something on TV/online that I really want to watch I'd forget about snacking (like this week there is a weeklong cycling race Critérium du Dauphiné, which turns out to be my best pal )... Pulling all resources together for June!

Yikes! My husband is in the kitchen baking chocolate chip cookies for his students. (He does this EVERY WEDNESDAY and treats his class of high schoolers on Thursdays. Ugh! )
My plan is to go to my room with my red wine, my book, and to not return to the kitchen.

My sister sweetly offered me a big plate of cold juicy watermelon cubes, and I was thinking disaster! OKOK steady Eddy... Said thank you so much and it is now safely sitting in the fridge. It is not that I don't allow myself to snack some fruits after dinner, it is just I am hoping to change my habitual LNS into occasional treat. The good thing is that I know I will have a delicious breakfast tomorrow - overnight oats with yogurt and watermelons!
