I weighed 194.5 in February (after losing 85 lbs), but gained a few lbs. since then. I would like to stop the scale from going up and get it going down again.
Successes/struggles week 1: I think I did okay food wise. I would like to get in more exercise and try a little harder to drink more water.2 -

Successes/struggles this week: I maintained my weight, which is always better than gaining! I also started morning walks which I plan on doing everyday. I have not had a lot of struggles yet. I just joined my gym earlier this week so I know making time for that will be a struggle. I am hoping to go 3 days a week at least.1 -

Successes/struggles this week: I have continued my 'no soda' and that is a huge deal for me. Cutting back on fast food, and making better choices when I do go out is helping too. Small loss this week, but trying to look at it as "It is a change in the right direction on the scale!"3 -

Successes/struggles this week: I worked out a ton, half cardio, half weights. I'm really trying to make sure my strength training is on point because I lost weight once before and got close to my goal weight, but when I got there I was really skinny fat. This time I want to do it the right way with lots of muscle! It may take me longer to lose because I would prefer to lose more slowly in order to lose less muscle, but I feel like I can get there!4 -
