9 cups of water
20 minutes of strength training
I've completed today's challenges and drank 16 cups of water, and the 20 minutes of strength training are including in the P90X Legs and Back I did this morning.

Haven't kept up with Challenges great this week, but it was vacation week for my hubby, and we've been goin 90 to nothin with 4 girls...
I have been doing awesome with water, & exercise~ so I'm happy and I know the results will follow..!! 2 lbs down so far,

Since Kirsteniscool was the creator of this challenge, I defer to her as to what we should do with the folks who haven't weighed in. I agree, though. If someone isn't reporting in, it can significantly affect a team's progress.0 -

I made a small change to the spreadsheet that accounts for the people who haven't weighed in this week. I haven't removed anyone from the game. As I said before, that's clearly Kirsten's choice. But I haven't heard from her and thought that we should probably do something. So, for the folks who haven't weighed in, I appended their username with their starting weight, so we wouldn't lose track of it. I then removed their SW & CW, so that the team % would more accurately represent the change.
That being said, there are a couple teams with just one person weighing in and a few with 2. I think this may give those people an advantage/disadvantage, depending how you want to look at it. I've sent another note to Kirsten, hopefully we'll hear something soon.0 -
I have completed the mini challenges for Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday was 50/50 got the water in but not the strength training. I plan on making that up over the weekend.0
