i'm def in. i just started this website an i like it. i had a boyfriend until last week who would tell me oh ur putting on weight u need to eat less and exercise more and dont do this but in a very critical way. he used to tell me if i got big he wouldn't b with me so i was very stressed out and i put on weight. i now weigh 160 and after my second child 2 years ago i was down to 145 i would like 2 be there again or maybe even 135 an show him and me he's wrong an i can do this!!!!!!!!!!!0

Woo hoo, I'm in! I'm just coming off of the 25000 calories challenge in June, and I haven't weighed myself since May 31st as part of my own self-imposed challenge, so I was looking for something different to do for July. 5 lbs is realistic and yet still definitely a challenge what with all the BBQs and patio drinks that happen in summer months. It will absolutely help to keep my in check by checking in here and having others to motivate. Good luck to everyone! I'll be posting my starting weight Friday - and hopefully it will be several pounds down from my May 31st weight of 177!0

I'm in!! My 25th high school reunion is in October, so I would LOVE to lose 5 lbs. a month between now and then and be down 20 pounds!! That would get me almost to my goal to!! Okay, I CAN do this!!0

I'm in! My birthday is on the fourth but other than that it is a pretty straightforward month for me. Just gotta keep running so I can finish my first 5k on Aug 14th!0

I started my journey 4 months ago and have lost 30 pounds, the goal I set in the beginning. I recently added another 5 pounds to my goal, so this challenge would be perfect! I weigh in every Saturday morning, so will post starting weight then if that is okay!! My first challenge...I'm so excited!

I'm up to the challenge! I have to lose 20 by October - doctor's orders. I only lost 4 in June so I'm hoping you guys will be the "kick" I need to make it 5 in July!0

I'm in I lost 5 lbs my first week on this site and I am wanting to lose another 10-15 this summer. I want to lose another 5-10 before the end of July when I go to the beach. The last time I was there was in July of 2006 and I was 55 lbs heavier then. But I have lost 55 lbs and counting so far. So this is a great little challenge.0
