I just quit snacking period because I don't want the calories right now. At night it is the easiest because I just go to bed. Sleeping does solve the desire to snack!5 -

Haven't posted in several days, and I've kind of lost count, but I've actually been doing pretty well with no LNS. I've occasionally had snacks after dinner but they've been pretty light.3
