The jeans size that had fit me perfectly for the last couple years was 14W, but in some brands I've been a 16 and occasionally an 18.
After my 14W's started falling off me, I bought a pair of size 12 jeans last month. Now the 12's are starting to get a little loose!28 -
Went to a boot camp lastnight and kept up with women half my size.My fiance came to pick me up early and had been watching without me knowing. The look on his face when I got through the class...priceless,he was so proud of me.This made me really happy cause he was with me as I slowly gained a whole person ( about 150 lbs) and it feels really good that he is still here as I slowly lose it.

Worn a new outfit to work everyday for the last two weeks - all from clothes in my closet which haven't fit me for years! Yes!!!!!!!!!!!24

Today I added a pushup to my burpee. I still can only go half down in a unmodified pushup but before I couldn't even do that. I the fact that I felt I needed to up the difficulty of my burpee outstands me. Actually even the fact that I do burpees on a regular basis outstands me.18

Dawned on me that I haven't needed a tums in over a month now. I used to go through a big jar of them every week or so due to heartburn after pretty much every meal. I literally wouldn't leave home without 4 or 5 in my pocket.27

Today I dropped below 200 lbs for the first time in five years and only the second time in my adult life.62

Airplane seat belts fit easily and turnstile bars no longer hit me in the butt.20

And you look slenderer in the more recent photo.1 -

I said, thanks for giving me your look of approval. He said I did a good job, that he had just gotten to the weight I was lifting not too long ago and it took him a while. The guy that was spotting me was also encouraging me to squeeze out a few more reps. Feeling good, and then some haters had to hate.
There were two guys working out next to me and one of them was talking, possibly on the phone (headphones) and said, "I can't believe it. This fat woman just walked up in here and lift weight most men struggle with. A fat woman......Fat.... liftin weights." They couldn't have been four feet away from me, and felt the need to say, 3 times, "fat woman," knowing full well I could hear them, clearly, talking about me.
I ignored it and started a new set.
Good for you, ignoring those asinine twerps and seeing why they felt the need to be obnoxious.5 -

I can relate to that and it's probably the reason I gained at THIS particular job. There is always something yummy in the break room. Yesterday it was applesauce cake with caramel frosting. I did sample it this morning, AND I counted it into my daily sheet - being accountable helps me realize my limits and now that I've tasted it I can move along. I no longer fear cake. LOL!
that's grand!2 -

For fun today I tried one on at the store and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. I've lost 60 pounds since October but I still have 60 or so more to go and am too chicken to actually buy one and wear it outside yet. But this will keep me motivated to keep pushing because I really want to swim!!!
Buy it and swim in it! You look great, and swimming will help you look even better. Do exercise you enjoy.7 -
Doc switched me from omeprazole to ranitidine. They're both anti-GERD, but omeprazole is stronger and has more dangerous side effects.15

I got carded. I think I look at least 10 years younger than I did 25lb ago.25

I started eating oreos today, and I can usually eat an entire sleeve, which is a lot of cookies and calories. I realized after two cookies that my craving was satisfied, and put them away. I'm impressed because I can go through an entire pack in 3 days.23

I did 2 honest-to-god pull-ups, unassisted... something I haven't done in 6 years! Amazing, the lighter you get the more you can do... this has probably been my biggest accomplishment so far.22

Cheers to all these awesome victories!!!
My NSV is fitting back into shorts I haven't worn in at least 4 years! There's no stretch to them and the legs are even loose on my thighs. I'm very excited to have met this goal even though there are many goals still ahead to reach. (Hope I got the picture to post33 -
Two things:
1. Starting to see my jaw line firm up rather than looking so soft
2. Donated clothing that I could still wear although a bit large...bought those outfits because they fit, not because I liked them. I'll spend the money on new before I wear those drab style free things again!7 -
I felt fit and strong enough.. and had built up enough confidence to sign up for my first tennis lesson in 30 years (29 to be exact). I LOVED IT. Have another one scheduled for next Wednesday. Hoping tennis can add a new level to my fitness and also a social activity that I will enjoy. Being a hermit when I am not at work is my normal M.O. so this hopefully will build my confidence with being more social too.14
