If there is room for me I am so in! I've been a part of My Fitness Pal for a while and havnt really got on here for anything but tracking calories. I am doing insanity so hopefully I lose weight instead of gain. (muscle weighs more than fat) I will weigh myself tomorrow and let you know what I am. Looking forward to this!

I got busy yesterday and completely forgot about it being the 1st. I am a little late but my Starting weight for yesterday was 218.2.

I'm in for July. My goal is 185! This mini goal thing is such a great idea! Looking at it the long term goal seems impossible! Thanks for this. I'm mostly doing fewer calories to lose 1 pound a week which has been manageable. On weekends and special occasions I lighten up a bit on the restrictions, give myself a break and not beat myself up over some extra calories. (I'm still mindful...) Seems to have worked last month so I will continue with that plan for a bit. For exercise, my goal is 3 days a week for 30 minuets. Totally doable and I usually do more so it's like a bonus. I'm telling you tv shows and movies on my iPad at the gym are a lifesaver. I couldn't do it otherwise. Also, audiobooks on the iPod are wonderful! Good luck everyone!

Too bad today isn't weigh in...stepped on the scale out of curiousity this morning and I was at 219!!! Hoping today is productive and last night's dinner doesn't come back to haunt me by tomorrow morning. I had a huge dinner but it was the result of a little breakfast and no lunch and being on my feet all day (which I'm not used to). I was so pooped last night I was in bed at 9:30 (usual time is 11:30-12:00).

Four days at the cottage with no scale and no willpower.
