    Ok I am a huge push over and I know that July tends to be a hard month for people to stay focused. I have decided that I am adding anyone that wants to join this month. However, if you don't check in weekly after the first two missed weeks I am deleting you off the list. I hope this is a good middle ground. Hopefully everyone always checks in and we have a great base of support. For the newbies some of the group likes to check in mid-week for support. They don't worry about reporting weight but the tell everyone how the week is going. I have found that this is a really good way for all of us to support each other. If you would also like to add what you program you are doing might help us to get to know you a little better.

    I started 30 Day Shred about 2 weeks ago. I also like to run when I find time away from my son.

    Ooh I'm going to start 30 day shred soon. I got a copy for me and one for my sister as she has a lot of weight to lose and desperately wants to get pregnant so trying to encourage her. How's it going for you?

    This is really funny that we are the same right now:smile: What is your final goal weight? I have mine set at 125 right now but thought about a month ago I was going to be in the 138-142 range instead but then I started loosing again. Here is to getting into 120's by the end of July:drinker:

    tamsanger -- I am just over 2 weeks in and am down 2 pounds and just over 2 inches. However, I can see the differences! I have anotherr friend that is down 6 pounds though in the same time!
