    My goal is 6 nights per week of no late night snacks.

    I did it! Tonight I was very tempted to eat chips.

    I love chips.

    And earlier I had made guacamole for my teen boys and husband.

    But I thought of WalkerPop and decided to "adult" my evening and stick with my plan. I did it! It's Monday night -- no treats on Monday night. I enjoyed my pre-logged glass of wine and skipped the chips!

    I am so impressed by everyone's streaks! It is so motivating to me.

    I almost gave in last night. I was actually handed a bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream with a brownie. :# But I didn't take it. And that was because of all of you here on this wonderful group!
