Thank you so much
My goal right now is 170 lbs (total loss of 64 lbs), but I'm not stuck on that number and will definitely reevaluate as I go. I am very muscular (I have 69.4 lbs of skeletal muscle mass, which is 32% of my weight and considered in the "high" range) and I'm ok with that.. but I realized a long time ago that even when I'm wearing the same size clothes as someone the same physical size as me, I will be 20ish lbs heavier than them usually, due to my muscular build.
I'm wearing a size 12 jeans now and hope to be in an 8 or so when I get to my goal...8 -

- 41 lbs (so far) since February 2016
- 6" off my bust
- 5" off my waist
- 6" off my hips
- 4" off my butt
- 2" off each upper arm
- 2" off each area above the knee
- 2 " off each calf
- 3 " off each upper thigh
I'm also down 3 jean sizes and 3 shirt sizes too. Went from a super tight size 18 to a well-fitting size 12 in jeans.51 -
@Adventuretown
You are doing an amazing job. I also wanted to say that I am glad when you post before/now pictures, you are in the same spot, doing the same pose, wearing the same kind of clothes. Sometimes when people post in different poses or regular clothes vs workout clothes, it is hard for me to see what the difference is. Anyway, keep up the good work. It really shows!5 -

Awww! Thank you so much!
My only regret is that I didn't take a photo in workout clothes when I was first starting out (and much bigger). It would have been so good to have to be able to compare to! Darn!4 -

I never considered it a high muscle mass, lol, I just thought I weigh heavy, I guess same thing. I'm 5'5.5 and at about 195 I would be a size 12 as well. I'm a loose 9 at 176, when others I meet weigh less at size 9.
Anywayz, thanks you all for the inspiration, can't wait to post myself when I reach my goal, which is size 12.3 -

I've still got plenty of thunder in my thighs...it's just solid thunder instead of wobbly thunder!

Heads up! Underwear pictures ahead. If you're in the office or uneasy about half-naked pictures, I suggesting scrolling down very quickly.
I'm 5'3" (164 cm). I've just started a strength training plan to build some muscle and definition. I'll add on to this progress pic in about 1 - 2 months.
WOW. Just WOW!6 -

Down 11 lbs in these pictures - I am not quite 5'4 and this is 148:
And now at 137:
Tons of barre work (pretty much daily), Paleo + Intermittent fasting. I still feel some rolls I'd like to get rid of but I am amazed that 137 can be a size 2 / size 27 jeans.37 -

How long did it take you to do that?1 -
This is my progress picture on the left was taken about two weeks ago. All the little pictures was taken through the years. My highest weight was 300 June 25th 2013. I was up and down for the next couple years I actually got down to 250ish. But always gained back. Then January 3rd 2016 I tried yet again. I am so glad I did. Yesterday I was at 200.6. That 199 eludes me and is toying with my emotions. But I would be there if I would just buckle down and do what I was supposed to do. I know I am far from it but I feel so small now compared to where I was. I finally feel comfortable in my body again. I am loving me.
The weird thing was the fat me was so depressed. I had no hope no goals. Now I am dreaming again. I have hope and that feels great.

Thanks! I've been doing daily barre for 2+ years but only in the past 6 months have I started the fasting + Paleo (and not always 100%) which has made a big difference and helped to cut the fat. The 11 lbs came off in two months but the toning has really helped in the past 4 months w/ very little changes to the scale (which is frustrating, but I understand and can see my clothes are much looser, and my workouts easier.)6
