Hi all! I am also 5'2". I began mfp after having my third child, at 145. I am now 123 three years later. I've been really strict for about a month and lost 4 pounds. My goal is 110 but it has been a very slow and continuous process. Best wishes with all your goals!3

Bump!, Bump!, Bump!
I am 5.2 (sometime 5.2 1/2). Have been off and on MFP for several years but never really logged everything, including excercise. Now have a 24 day streak and have lost 8 lbs, looking to lose a further 50lbs (4 stone). I am following a food delivery diet called Jane Plan in the UK and it is working out well for me. Exercise for me is flamenco dancing twice a week for up to three hours at a time and I have just received the DDP Yoga dvd's so looking forward to getting into that asap.
Short girls all feel free to add me. I am from the UK.5 -

Heya! I am 5'2 and I started at 157lbs. I'm down to about 125.5-129 ish really fluctuate as my eating hasn't been great lately, working on my sodium intake and exercising. Want to get down to 110-115 so still a ways to go! But I still consider this success
Always celebrate when you are making progress! *also ignore the stupid pose it was originally for a reference for a drawing I was doing lmao

I'm 5'3". My highest weight was 190 pounds but that was 12 years ago. I went all the way down to 115 pounds in a year and a half. Over the past 10 years I've fluctuated between 110 and 140. I restarted here at 138 pounds at the end of June, as of Sunday I'm 126 pounds.
I just wanted to update my post since it's almost been a year. I am now 108 pounds and I'm so much happier with my body composition and everything I know about fitness now.

Congratulations Tapwaters . May I asked when did you start your weight loss, how many times a week and duration of your exercise and nutrition diary. I'm at 5 feet 3 inch and this my third week in losing weight. My sw 189, my goal weight is 120.
