Wow. you had an amazing week.

Im trying to be extra good leading up to going away for 4 nights where there will be alot of drinking lol

Just watch what you drink. Lite beer or if you can make your own I like to make a WW marguerita. Crystal Light lemonade, tequila with a squirt of lime juice. Sometimes I just drink CL lemonade with vodka. Just stay away from all those high cal drinks. Good luck.

I drink spirits mixed with either diet coke or deit lemonade or wine

    Good choices!

Successes: Even though I wasn't able to exercise as much as I wanted I still was able to lose weight! I was mindful of my calories!

That is awesome. Just think how this week will be with more exercise hopefully. Great start.

Thanks and you are right, marathon not a sprint. I think coming to the realization that my GW is likely going to have to shift to 128-130 in the last couple of days is just stressing me out. Onward though, will get 6k in tonight!

@JessicaMcB - how tall are you? I am 5'2" and my original goal weight was 129. But when I got to that weight, it was ok but I decided I wanted to be 119. It took me a year but I got down to 115. I don't know if I can stay here or not but so far so good.

    Good luck.

@vicky1947mfp I'm 5'9" so 128 is the bottom of the BMI range for me. Stressful to think that might still not be enough post-kids but it is what it is

That sounds very skinny to me at 5'9". What does your doctor say? That is a good weight for me at 5'2". But you know your body best.

    Well ok

    Cw 149.9 on 7/8
    Gw 147 on 7/29

Steady pound per week. Was tempted to go for 145, but no, let's be conservative. 145 would be a bonus.

@vicky1947mfp he seems ambivalent as long as I stay in range (which ends at 128). I think I still look pretty thick for 144- damn you straight shape!
Post-6K run tonight so extra attractive but definitely could stand to lose more

Successes/Struggles this week:Definitely feeling low energy despite this being my favorite time of year. Got back into a more normative exercise routine towards the end of the week and perhaps that put me over the top. Also got a little careless with accurate tracking around the holiday weekend.
