    I've had a run-in with food poisoning on the weekend, and then an allergic reaction to a course of antibiotics my dr put me on (not related to the food poisoning). These things have left me feeling quite weak and lethargic. In fact, for several hours yesterday my fingers on both hands went numb while the palms were cramping and very painful ... and my tongue went numb as well. That was a little bit alarming!

    But today I feel some better. :)

    We went up north for a 3-day weekend and were intending to do 3 days of cycling, but the weather had different plans. It's winter here and very wet, cold, and unpredictable. But we did get one good ride in! :)

    15 July - fair amount of walking (about an hour)
    16 July - nothing (on a music course with friends. V full on for me, so any time not playing was spent either lying down, recovering, or eating vast amounts - especially pudding)
    17 July - over an hour of walking

    350 cals burned or more: 6 out of 17 (30 cumulative total towards my 100 target).
    Atleast over 30 mins: 6
    Lazy/rest days: 5

    Not my best month so far.... I need to get a few more bigger activity days so I hope my body is obliging and my mind is disciplined - had problems with both this month!

    This morning we were out the door really early too beat the heat and humidity. I still came back a bit soaking wet from the Humidity! lol... today 5.0 Walking Miles...

    GREAT WORK EVERYONE!

    still busy with work here at home. It is hot and humid. We start work around 8a.m and quit by 1 or 2pm. Then we're 'down' the rest of the day. Hard doing the type of work we do at our age. PRAISING GOD we're able too do it! Sure was a bit easier say 15 years ago! lol

    Still walking early morning. Probably not today. Sundays are church service days and with this heat we dont usually get a Sunday walk in...
